Virtual reality video and 360 video is really taking off around the interwebs. I finally got a chance to experience VR video for myself and it blew my mind. Painting and interacting within a 3d environment was such a new and surreal experience that I can’t wait to dive into the technology myself.
Big Mahalo to VRCHIVE and The Box Jelly for letting me demo your fun toys.
While hanging with some friends at Magic Island, I spotted a dude juggling while slack lining and thought, I’ve got to meet this guy. His name is Andrew Towl and he’s a part of a local group of circus performers in Hawaii called Kinetic Flow. They meet up on Sunday afternoons at Kapiolani Park and make magic happen.
