OluKai is a lifestyle brand that has quickly become a staple in our footwear repertoire. They make comfortable, reliable and great looking shoes and slippers that you can wear all day long. This may sound like an ad, but really it’s just a compliment to them for making such rad products.
In July, we received a call from their agency saying they wanted to feature a couple pairs of shoes and work with Matt Ortiz of Wooden Wave. Matt has been a part of the OluKai family for years and was actually part of how we were first introduced to their marketing team. These are the two spots we ended up with.
OluKai: Manoa
We were testing out some new cinema lenses from Tokina Cinema and decided to reach out to Roxy and Matt while they were painting their infamous Darth Vader mural for PowWow! Hawaii 2017. OluKai enjoyed the piece so much that they wanted to share it for May the 4th. It’s awesome when great collaborations come together so perfectly!
