Over the last 6 years, we have been able to help Hawaiian Airlines with some amazing projects. Some of the most fun projects are the ones that involve travel, so it was amazing to get the call from their social media team asking us to help capture their inaugural flight to Boston.
We arrived a few days before the inaugural flight arrived so we could get situated with airport clearance passes and access to the tarmac for the day of the arrival. We arrived at the airport at 6:30 to make sure we were ready for the inaugural flight back to Honolulu. With an event staged and ready to go in the terminal, we were able to capture to aloha and festivities of the celebration and inauguration from the Boston Airport team and Hawaiian Airlines CEO Peter Ingram.
Once the festivities at the airport were completed, we headed out to Copley Square for our more celebration and the giveaway of 160,000 Hawaiian Miles to one lucky participant. As the weather warmed up we headed to our next location of the day, Boston Common where we did it all over again. It was a day full of hula, music, celebration and thousands of flower lei.
We can’t wait to do it again!
