Pearlridge Center’s 2012 “Hall of Heroes” summer event centered around super heroes and their powers. One of the dilemmas we ran into immediately was the copyright on the word “Superhero” jointly held by Marvel and DC and the protection they had on certain super identities. The concept behind this commercial was sparked by a childhood fantasy to attain super-human powers like flight, strength and laser beams.
